Our Tang Soo Do program is a combination of old and new. We teach the Art of Tang Soo Do with a heavy emphasis on traditional forms and basic motions. Tang Soo Do techniques are balanced between hands and feet.

We have also added a reality based self-defense element to our Tang Soo Do training. This means that we teach techniques that really work. Our self-defense techniques are simple, easy to learn and highly effective. Because children and adults face different self-defense situations, our self-defense is age-appropriate. Awareness and prevention are stressed with a physical response taught as a last resort.
